Applications for participation in this procedure must be submitted electronically through the Armeps (www.armeps.am) electronic procurement system by 15:00 on the 8th day from the date of publication of this announcement. In addition to Armenian, applications can be submitted in English or Russian. Submission of the application (including all documents covering the participant's proposal) in Armenian is mandatory, and submission of the application in English or Russian is provided by the participant as desired.
